Snellville made it! We made it back to the mission house at 2 AM our time, 4 AM Atlanta time with all of our friends. Their plane got delayed in Miami, so they didn't arrive in Managua until 10. Morgan and I got to experience the Managua mall since we were in Managua for 4 hours waiting for the team. Carlos and Little Rafe entertained us all night. They were a trip! Carlos serenaded us for quite a while on the bus, and Little Rafe was his back up dancer/singer. I am so glad they are here, and I know without a doubt, that the Father is going to do big things this week while they are here. Andrew and I were talking this morning about how we are CONFIDENT of how the Father is going to move in might ways this week.
Love you all,
Spence

p.s. Thanks for all of the "presents" yall sent us! We chowed down on the puppy chow last night, and we still have a lot left to hold us over. Amanda I loved my canvas. It's perfect. I will have to email you a picture that I took the other day that reminds me of it. Love you too much Mom! Fide wanted me to tell you that she LOVED her gift.

  3. Please put some information on the blog about the youth group that got there Saturday. It is hard to go two days without anything being put on the blog when we were under the impression that there would be stuff on the blog daily. It would be nice to know how things are going for the team. Thanks a lot.

  4. Glad to hear that that everything is going good. You are a great group to minister to the folks there. We are praying everyday for you and the work you are doing in His name. May God continue to bless and keep all of you safe. Tell Steph we all said Hi and miss her.

  6. Sorry I keep posting comments, but I am having a hard time sleeping. I am constanty thinking about you guys and praying for the whole group. Morgan, could you please tell Stephen Frazier that his Mom and Dad say "Hi" and that we miss him very much. I know that the whole group is going to come home changed. I never went to another country on a mission trip but I spent two weeks at a summer christian camp/retreat every year from the time I was 12 until I graduated from high school, and I remember just how much it changed my life each time. It was such a blessing that during college I went back as a camp counselor. So, I know,to a great extent, the blessings and the 'WOW' you are experiencing from being so totally immersed in doing God's work and worshiping together with each other and the people of Nicaragua. God bless all of you and I pray that today (Tuesday) will be as full of blessings (and safety and good health) for each person in the Snellville group, as you continue going places in Nicaragua bringing God's blessings to those you come into contact with, and those who receive His blessings indirectly through your contact with others. . . as the other days have been so far. Keep up the blogging. It helps me make it through the day. Oh, and tell Jane that the prayers are working -- I am not scared now, I just can't sleep... she will understand. Thanks and God bless all of you,
